MAY 1 – Grouper season opens, also great mahi, wahoo and tuna fishing

Here it is the last week of April and the long awaited grouper season will open in one week, all winter long we have been catching large grouper on the wrecks and reef.

Also in the last week we have been seeing some nice wahoo up to 50 lbs and the mahi mahi are beginning to come thru in nice numbers with some recent catches of 25 or more on both No Fear and Fin Chaser.

We are also looking to the many spring and summer tournaments in the Florida Keys.
